Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Electrical / Mechanical
Experience: 8–15 Years in Textile / Power Loom Industry
Key Responsibilities
- Overall maintenance of power looms and textile machinery.
- Preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of power loom machines.
- Troubleshooting of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Minimize machine breakdown and improve machine availability.
- Maintenance of motors, gearboxes, bearings, drives, panels, sensors and control systems.
- Handle loom-related maintenance, machine setting and fault diagnosis.
- Plan preventive maintenance schedules and maintain machine history.
- Manage maintenance team, technicians and shift maintenance activities.
- Spare parts planning,
inventory control and vendor coordination.
- Coordinate with Production to ensure uninterrupted loom operation.
- Monitor maintenance costs and reduce machine downtime.
- Implement TPM, 5S, Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with electrical, mechanical and workplace safety standards.
