Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate day-to-day facility operations and ensure the proper upkeep of the premises.

- Conduct regular inspections of buildings, rooms, classrooms, offices, kitchens, and common areas.

- Identify facility-related issues and coordinate timely resolution.

- Coordinate electrical, plumbing, carpentry, civil, and general maintenance requirements through technicians or service providers.

- Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and service providers for facility-related work.

- Monitor essential utilities such as water supply, pumps, generators, sanitation, and other facility services.

- Prepare and monitor preventive maintenance schedules.

- Coordinate servicing and Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) activities for equipment and facilities.

- Maintain records of maintenance activities, service visits, repairs, equipment, and facility-related expenses.

- Coordinate with the Purchase and Administration teams for facility materials, spare parts,



and service requirements.

- Monitor housekeeping, cleanliness, waste management, and general hygiene of the premises.

- Coordinate with security and other support teams to maintain a protected and orderly environment.

- Follow up on facility complaints and ensure timely closure of issues.

- Support facility improvement, refurbishment, and infrastructure-related projects.

- Monitor the availability and proper use of facility equipment and resources.

- Ensure facility activities are carried out according to organizational safety procedures.

- Prepare periodic facility status reports and provide updates to management.

- Support emergency and urgent facility requirements by coordinating with the appropriate personnel or service providers.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
