Experience:

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in maintenance and operation of STP, ETP, WTP, or similar industrial utility plants.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise Plant Operators, Technicians, and Junior Technicians across assigned sites.

- Ensure smooth operation, maintenance, and performance of STP, ETP, and WTP plants.

- Plan and execute preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance activities.

- Oversee installation, commissioning, repair, modification, and reworking of plant equipment and systems.

- Ensure proper maintenance of pumps, motors, blowers, pipelines, valves, electrical panels, and other plant machinery.

- Monitor plant performance, identify technical issues, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.

- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and contractors for maintenance, repair, and project-related activities.

- Ensure availability of required tools, spare parts, and maintenance materials.

- Maintain cleanliness, housekeeping, and overall upkeep of plant premises and equipment.

- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure plant efficiency and compliance with operational standards.

- Ensure all Operators, Technicians,



and Junior Technicians follow safety procedures and use PPE properly.

- Maintain maintenance records, service reports, equipment history, and site documentation.

- Provide technical guidance and training to maintenance and operations teams.

- Support management in achieving operational targets and maintaining client satisfaction.

Required Skills:

- Robust knowledge of pumps, motors, blowers, pipelines, valves, and water/wastewater treatment systems.

- Good understanding of STP, ETP, and WTP operations and maintenance practices.

- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues effectively.

- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
