Job Title: Maintenance In-charge

Location: Hadapsar, Pune

Department: Production

Reporting to: Production Head / Production Manager

Experience Required: 3-6 years in Beverage / FMCG .

Key Responsibilities

Diploma/B.E./ B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related Engineering discipline.

3 to 6 years of relevant maintenance experience in the Beverage or FMCG manufacturing industry.

Hands-on experience with high-speed bottling and canning lines is highly preferred.

Good knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and utility maintenance.

Experience in preventive maintenance planning, breakdown analysis, and spare parts management.

Familiarity with PLC-controlled machinery and automation systems will be an added advantage.

Strong problem-solving, team management, communication, and coordination skills.





Willingness to work in shifts whenever required.

Skills & Competencies

Production Planning & Line Monitoring, Basic Mechanical & Electrical

Troubleshooting & Preventive Maintenance Coordination.

OEE, Downtime & Rejection Analysis Bottle/Can Filling Machines, Labelling, Coding & Shrink Wrapping Machines & CIP, Boilers, Compressors, Chillers & RO Plant.

Basic PLC & VFD Knowledge, MS Excel & Production & Food Safety Standards.
