We are seeking a technical, hands-on, and proactive Maintenance Executive (qualified Electricians are also encouraged to apply) to join our team in Madurai to oversee plant machinery uptime, factory wiring, and utility systems.

Role & responsibilities

- Machinery Maintenance: Perform routine preventive and breakdown maintenance to troubleshoot factory machinery and minimize manufacturing downtime.

- Utility Monitoring: Monitor and maintain critical plant utilities, including air compressors, motors, HVAC systems, and primary electrical distribution panels.

- Electrical & Wiring Systems:



Execute factory wiring projects and independently diagnose electrical/electronics faults.

- GMP Documentation: Maintain strict, GMP-compliant maintenance records, calibration logs, and equipment validation files.

- Audit Preparation: Support the engineering and quality assurance teams during routine internal/external compliance audits.

Preferred candidate profile

- Education: Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.

- Language Proficiency: Functional fluency in both Tamil and English is required.

- Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of electrical troubleshooting, factory wiring standards, and industrial equipment maintenance.

- Industry Preference: Preference given to candidates who have prior experience in a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing facility or an environment following strict Quality Management Systems (QMS).

- Location Criteria: Candidates must reside in Madurai or be fully willing to relocate to Madurai.
