About the Role

Mekr Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Maintenance Executive Injection Moulding to ensure the smooth, reliable, and efficient operation of injection moulding machines and associated plant equipment.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance of injection moulding machines, along with the ability to troubleshoot breakdowns and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of injection moulding machines and auxiliary equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
- Maintain injection moulding machines, including controllers, motors, heaters, sensors, pumps, valves, hydraulic systems, and related components.
- Diagnose machine faults and minimize machine downtime and production interruptions.
- Prepare and maintain preventive maintenance schedules and records.
- Conduct regular inspection of machines and identify potential failures before breakdowns occur.
- Coordinate with the Production and Quality teams to resolve machine-related issues.
- Maintain maintenance logs, breakdown reports, spare-parts records, and machine history.
- Manage and monitor critical maintenance spares and consumables.
- Support installation, commissioning, modification, and shifting of machinery when required.




- Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with safety and operational standards.
- Coordinate with external vendors/service engineers for specialized machine repairs and technical support.
- Suggest improvements to improve machine reliability, productivity, and maintenance efficiency.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working practices within the maintenance area.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma / ITI / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or a related engineering discipline.
- 35 years of relevant experience in maintenance, preferably in an injection moulding/manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on knowledge of injection moulding machines and auxiliary equipment.

- Good troubleshooting knowledge of

- Electrical control panels

- PLC and sensors

- Motors and drives

- Hydraulic systems

- Pneumatic systems

- Heaters and temperature controllers
- Contactors, relays, MCBs, and other electrical components
- Ability to read and understand electrical and machine drawings.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as coordinate effectively with production and other departments.
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
