We are seeking a versatile and proactive Maintenance & Housekeeping Technician to keep our facility safe, fully functional, and impeccably clean. The ideal candidate blends solid handyman skills with a strong eye for detail in cleaning and daily sanitation.
Key Responsibilities:
- General Maintenance: Perform routine facility repairs, including basic plumbing, electrical fixes, painting, and light carpentry.
- Housekeeping: Deep clean and sanitize restrooms, common areas, and designated rooms (mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal).
- Preventative Care: Conduct regular inspections of building systems, HVAC filters, and lighting, reporting any major repair needs.
- Rapid Response: Address urgent maintenance tickets and unexpected cleaning emergencies promptly and professionally.
- Inventory Management: Track, organize,
and restock cleaning supplies while maintaining tools in good condition.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in general building maintenance or handyman work.
- Prior professional experience in housekeeping, janitorial duties, or commercial cleaning.
- Solid attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Physical stamina to handle active tasks, lift up to 50 lbs, and stand for extended periods.
- Basic problem-solving skills and a positive, customer-facing attitude.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
