Position: Maintenance Head

Location: Sachin - Surat

Experience: 10 - 15 Years

Industries: Chemical

Responsibilities:

- Handle overall Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation and Utility maintenance of the chemical plant.
- Plan and monitor preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Ensure maximum equipment availability and minimize plant downtime.
- Handle maintenance of reactors, pumps, compressors, centrifuges, dryers, boilers, chillers and other plant utilities.
- Lead plant shutdown, equipment overhauling and maintenance projects.
- Conduct breakdown analysis, RCA and implement corrective actions.
- Manage maintenance manpower, spares, contractors and maintenance budget.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with Production, EHS, Projects and Purchase departments.
- Monitor maintenance KPIs such as downtime, MTBF, MTTR and maintenance cost.
