Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior Maintenance Engineer to support the maintenance of machinery, equipment and utilities at our manufacturing facility.

The candidate will be involved in preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting and routine inspection of injection moulding machines, paint shop equipment and other factory equipment.

Key Responsibilities

- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of production machinery and equipment.
- Attend machine breakdowns and support quick restoration of production.
- Troubleshoot basic electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic issues.
- Support maintenance of injection moulding machines, compressors, pumps, paint shop equipment and other factory machinery.
- Perform regular inspection of machines and identify potential problems.
- Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and records.
- Maintain breakdown and maintenance reports.
- Coordinate with machine vendors and external technicians when required.
- Maintain basic spare parts and maintenance consumable requirements.
- Support installation,



commissioning and modification of machinery and equipment.
- Follow maintenance safety procedures and ensure safe working practices.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and 5S in the maintenance area.
- Coordinate with Production and other departments to minimise machine downtime.

Requirements
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 1–3 years of maintenance experience preferred.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Knowledge of injection moulding machines will be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of motors, sensors, contactors, relays, PLCs and control panels will be an advantage.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and maintenance documentation.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should be hands-on, willing to learn, responsible and comfortable working on the shop floor.

Candidates with experience in plastic injection moulding, automotive/electronics component manufacturing or paint shop equipment maintenance will be preferred.

Overtime will be provided as applicable.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
