We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineer with strong hands-on experience in core machine maintenance, preferably from a refrigerator manufacturing plant or a similar manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of production machinery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
- Ensure maximum machine availability and minimize production downtime.
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules.
- Maintain maintenance records and breakdown reports.
- Coordinate with production and engineering teams for smooth plant operations.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of relevant experience in industrial machine maintenance.
- Experience in a refrigerator manufacturing plant or equivalent manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of machine troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Good understanding of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
Qualification
- Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant engineering discipline.
