Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance to ensure maximum machine uptime.
- Manage plant machinery, utilities, electrical systems, and facility infrastructure.
- Monitor equipment performance, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective & preventive actions.
- Oversee installation, commissioning, modification, and maintenance of plant equipment.
- Manage utilities such as air compressors, DG sets, electrical panels, HVAC, chillers, water systems, boilers/thermic fluid heaters, ETP/STP, wherever applicable.




- Lead and supervise the maintenance and utility team, including technicians, electricians, and operators.
- Manage critical spares, tools, consumables, and maintenance inventory.
- Drive energy-saving, cost-reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to safety, GMP, quality, and statutory requirements.
- Track maintenance KPIs and take corrective actions to improve plant efficiency and reliability.

What We’re Looking For

- Qualification: Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 5–10 years of experience in maintenance and utility management.
- Experience in manufacturing, food processing, FMCG, packaging, pharma, or process manufacturing will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical & electrical troubleshooting, plant utilities, and equipment maintenance.
- Experience in team management, vendor coordination, spare parts management, and maintenance planning.
- Strong problem-solving, planning, and execution skills.
