Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer/Technician with hands-on experience in PLC programming, CNC machines, and VMC (Vertical Machining Center) machines. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing electrical and automation systems to ensure maximum machine uptime, productivity, and safety.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of electrical and automation systems.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults in motors, drives, control panels, sensors, and machine automation systems.
- Diagnose and resolve PLC-related issues in production and machining equipment.
- Develop, modify, and optimize PLC programs as per operational requirements.
- Maintain and troubleshoot CNC and VMC machines, including machine control systems and associated electrical equipment.
- Troubleshoot CNC controllers (Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi,



Haas, etc.) and machine interlocks.
- Support machine commissioning, installation, and process improvements.
- Maintain VFDs, servo drives, HMIs, SCADA systems, encoders, and industrial communication networks.
- Required Qualifications

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance and automation.
- Hands-on experience with PLCs such as Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, Delta, Omron, or Schneider.
- Experience in maintenance of CNC and VMC machines.
- Preferred Skills

- Experience with Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi, or Haas CNC control systems.
- Knowledge of CNC machine tool maintenance and machining processes.
- Understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems used in CNC/VMC machines.
- Experience in automotive, engineering, precision manufacturing, machine tool, or heavy engineering industries.
