- Diagnostic Oversight: Use Integrated Diagnostic Systems (IDS) to analyze equipment data, track machine performance, and run advanced fault detection tests.

- Team Leadership: Manage, train, and schedule daily tasks for technicians, electricians, and repair staff.

- Maintenance Planning: Create and manage preventive and predictive maintenance schedules to reduce unexpected machine downtime.

- System Upkeep: Inspect mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems regularly to ensure smooth operations.

- Safety Compliance: Follow health and safety rules, manage safety gear usage, and enforce plant safety protocols.

- Budget Management: Track repair costs, order spare parts inventory, and manage the maintenance budget

- Technical Knowledge:



Strong background in mechanical or electrical systems, plus hands-on experience using Integrated Diagnostic Systems (IDS) or computerized maintenance management software (CMMS).

- Education: Degree or diploma in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or Facility Management (equivalent work experience is also accepted).

- Skills: Strong leadership, clear communication, and outstanding problem-solving abilities

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
