Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh

Experience: 5 years & above

Salary: Up to 40k

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise routine and preventive maintenance of vehicles.

Monitor vehicle servicing, repairs, and breakdown maintenance.

Coordinate with mechanics, service centers, and vendors for timely repairs.

Identify vehicle maintenance issues and ensure proper resolution.

Maintain records of vehicle servicing, repairs, spare parts, and maintenance costs.

Monitor vehicle fitness, safety, and maintenance schedules.

Coordinate with the operations team to minimize vehicle downtime.

Inspect vehicles regularly and ensure they are in proper working condition.

- Manage and guide maintenance staff/mechanics.

Requirements:

Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering preferred.

Relevant experience in vehicle/fleet maintenance is preferred.

Positive knowledge of vehicle maintenance, servicing, and repairs.

Ability to supervise maintenance staff and coordinate with teams.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
