- We are seeking a highly skilled Mainframe Modernization DevOps Engineer with hands-on experience in Rocket Software solutions and enterprise DevOps practices to support large-scale mainframe modernization and digital transformation programs.
- The ideal candidate will have expertise in modernizing legacy mainframe development processes, implementing CI/CD pipelines, automating testing and deployments, and integrating mainframe applications with modern DevOps ecosystems.
- The role requires strong knowledge of z/OS environments, application lifecycle management, source code management, automation frameworks, and Rocket Software DevOps solutions to accelerate application delivery while maintaining enterprise-grade reliability, governance, and compliance.

Qualifications:

- Experience: 6+ to 12 Years

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 6+ years of IT experience with at least 3 years in DevOps or mainframe modernization initiatives.
- Strong experience supporting enterprise-scale mainframe environments.
- Hands-on experience implementing Rocket Software-based DevOps solutions.
- Experience working in Agile and DevOps delivery environments.
- Strong understanding of software release governance and change management.
