Title: Magento Developer (Lead)

: Key Responsibilities

- Provide hands-on development and application support for Magento 2 / Adobe Commerce.
- Manage Magento application and production support activities.
- Perform Magento version upgrades and ensure compatibility across applications and extensions.
- Manage Magento/Adobe Commerce security patches, including assessment, testing, deployment, and post-deployment validation.
- Troubleshoot custom modules, third-party extensions, and compatibility issues.
- Handle P1/P2 production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent remediation.
- Troubleshoot Magento performance issues across PHP, MySQL, Redis, Elasticsearch/OpenSearch, caching, indexing, cron, and queues.
- Manage release and deployment activities across staging/UAT and production environments.
- Perform rollback activities and post-release validation when required.
- Conduct code and design reviews.
- Provide technical estimations for development and support activities.




- Work directly with clients, understand technical issues, provide updates, and drive resolution.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure smooth application operations.

Required Skills

- 6+ years of experience in Magento development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Magento 2 / Adobe Commerce.
- Robust experience in Magento application and production support.
- Experience with Magento upgrades and security patching.
- Strong knowledge of PHP and MySQL.
- Experience with Redis, Elasticsearch/OpenSearch, caching, indexing, cron, and queues.
- Experience working with custom modules and third-party extensions.
- Strong production incident management and RCA experience.
- Experience with release and deployment activities.
- Strong code review and technical estimation skills.
- Excellent client-facing communication skills.
