Role & responsibilities

- The Machine Shop Supervisor leads daily shop operations and manages the machining team. This role plan and allocate daily machining jobs made accurately, on time and safely.
- The ideal candidate has technical knowledge of Wire Cut EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining), Spark EDM, Grinding machine and Vertical Machining Centers (VMC).
- Schedule Work: Assign daily tasks to machinists based on production priorities and deadlines.
- Monitor Output: Track production speeds to ensure goals are met.
- Workflow Flow: Minimize machine downtime through smart scheduling.
- Experience in Tool Room operations, die manufacturing, Precision component manufacturing knowledge.
- Blueprint Reading: Expert ability to interpret complex engineering drawings and GD&T; (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) symbols.

Preferred candidate profile DME/ Diploma in Tool with exp in Tool Room / Machine shop operations / Tool Room Center /
