We are seeking experienced Machine Operators to join our PET Preform and HDPE Closures manufacturing facility in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating NETSTAL or similar high-performance injection moulding machines and be capable of ensuring efficient, safe, and high-quality production.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor NETSTAL or equivalent high-performance injection moulding machines.
- Perform machine setup, changeovers, and parameter adjustments.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues during production.
- Carry out preventive maintenance and routine machine inspections.
- Ensure uninterrupted production of PET preforms and HDPE closures.
- Maintain product quality in accordance with manufacturing standards.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean production workplace.
- Record production data and report machine performance or breakdowns to supervisors.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience operating NETSTAL or similar injection moulding machines.
- Proven experience in PET Preforms and HDPE Closures manufacturing.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
- Transferable Qatar ID (QID) is preferred.
