Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Mechanical Engineer role located in Dhule.

The Mechanical

Engineer will support construction projects by designing, reviewing, and optimizing mechanical systems, components, and equipment used on-site. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and updating technical drawings, coordinating with project managers and site teams, monitoring installation and maintenance activities, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The role also involves troubleshooting mechanical issues, evaluating equipment performance, collaborating with vendors, and contributing to cost-effective, durable solutions for ongoing and upcoming projects.

The Mechanical

Engineer will document findings, support technical reports,



and participate in continuous improvement efforts across projects.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering with the ability to apply core principles to construction-related projects.
- Proficiency in Machine Design and practical experience designing or evaluating mechanical components and systems.
- Hands-on skills with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for creating, modifying, and reviewing technical drawings and models.
- Experience or aptitude in Project Management, including planning tasks, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and tracking timelines.
- Exposure to or interest in Research and Development (R&D;), including testing new materials, methods, or equipment for project improvement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on safety and quality.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with engineers, supervisors, and site personnel.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Ability to work in office in Dhule and adapt to field conditions; prior construction or site experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and best practices; familiarity with Indian construction regulations is a plus.
