Handle production end to end, run the machine, handle raw material & finished goods, keep the line and area clean, do basic maintenance and fitting work when needed.

Handle raw material at every stage, receiving, weighing, feeding into machine. ● Meat cutting & grinding as per requirement ● Lift and shift loads, raw material bags, trays, finished product cartons. ● Loading and unloading, trucks, trolleys, storage racks.

Has worked on a production line before, food industry experience preferred. ● Comfortable with physical work, lifting, meat cutting etc ● Basic mechanical sense, knows how to open/close nut-bolt, simple hands-on fitting work. Not scared to get hands dirty. ● Must be able to read, write, and converse in Hindi and Marathi. English is a bonus, not required. ● Punctual, doesn't disappear mid shift, listens to instructions. ● Willing to work in shifts if needed. ● Takes responsibility, with willingness to grow .

Candidate must be comfortable working around raw meat, meat cutting, and the smell that comes with it. This is not optional for this role.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
