Responsible for Machine Shop (Production) activities of PDC CNC Machine Shop To monitoring Machine Shop Production including Makino M/c, washing Machines & LT
Machines.
- To monitor Quality Parameters as per the requirements.
- To monitor the process Parameters on machines.
- To monitor Production plan vs. Actual Production as per the targets.
- Manpower Planning and efficiency.
- To take efforts in reduction of cycle time.
- To do process capability, machine capability study
Preferred candidate profile
- Thorough knowledge of CNC machines and programming like Mazatrol, Fanuc, Siemens.
- Knowledge of CMM corrections, Jigs & Fixtures
