- Operate embroidery machines for customised cap orders.
- Set up designs and prepare machines for production.
- Load and hoop caps correctly before embroidery.
- Check embroidery placement, thread quality and overall finish.
- Handle thread changes, basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting.
- Trim and finish embroidered pieces neatly.
- Maintain the embroidery machine and keep the workspace clean and organised.
- Follow production instructions and timelines carefully.
- Coordinate with the design/production team to ensure every order is made according to the approved design.
- Pack and prepare finished orders when required.
