Operation &

- Control

- Operate mixing machinery to blend raw materials (such as , sand, cement, pigments, and water) according to accurate formulas.

- Control the conveyor belt system to safely and efficiently transport raw materials to the mixer and move the final wet/dry mixture to the molding or pressing department.

- Monitor control panels, gauges, and touchscreens to adjust speed, weight, material flow, and mixing times.

Material

Management &

- Quality Control

- Verify raw materials against production batches to ensure the correct ingredients are loaded into the hoppers.

- Inspect mixture consistency, moisture levels, and color uniformity to meet strict tile manufacturing standards.

- Report deviations or defects in the mixture immediately to the quality control team or supervisor.

Routine

Maintenance &

- Troubleshooting

- Perform pre-start checks on both the mixing unit and belt system to ensure no blockages, tears, or mechanical faults exist.

- Clear material jams safely from hoppers, chutes, and conveyor belts.

- Clean the mixing drums and belt systems daily to prevent material buildup, cross-contamination, or mechanical wear.





- Conduct minor maintenance such as lubricating gears, tightening belt tensions, and assisting maintenance technicians with major repairs.

4. Safety &

- Compliance

- Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols strictly during cleaning, clearing jams, or maintenance work.

- Wear appropriate PPE at all times, including respirators/dust masks, safety glasses, steel-toed boots, and hearing protection.

- Maintain a clean workspace by sweeping spilled raw materials and keeping walkways around the belt system clear of hazards.

Job Requirements &

- Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of experience operating industrial mixing machinery, batching plants, or automated conveyor belt systems (experience in tile, ceramics, or concrete manufacturing is highly preferred).

- Education: ITI

- Technical Skills: Basic mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot minor equipment failures. Familiarity with PLC control panels is a strong plus.

- Attributes: Strong attention to detail, good hand-eye coordination, and a strict commitment to workplace safety.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
