Role Description The Machine Operator is a full-time, on-site role based in Purandhar, responsible for operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment used in pharmaceutical production. This role includes setting up machines according to production specifications, performing routine checks, and ensuring smooth operation throughout each shift.

The Machine

Operator inspects products for defects, adheres to quality control procedures, and records production data in line with regulatory and company standards. Daily tasks also involve basic maintenance, cleaning,



and troubleshooting of machinery, as well as safe handling of materials and tools. The role requires close collaboration with production, quality, and maintenance teams to maintain efficiency, safety, and product integrity.

Qualifications

- Ability to operate and monitor production equipment, with strong skills in Machine Operation and working safely with Machinery.
- Experience performing Quality Control checks, visual inspections, and documenting results to meet pharmaceutical manufacturing standards.
- Proficiency in using Hand Tools for routine adjustments, minor maintenance, and equipment cleaning.
- Effective Communication skills to coordinate with supervisors, quality teams, and colleagues on production issues and tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in mechanical, industrial, or pharmaceutical manufacturing is an advantage.
- Knowledge of GMP (Valuable Manufacturing Practices), safety regulations, and basic documentation requirements in a regulated environment.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to follow standard operating procedures, and readiness to work in rotating shifts if required.
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical, food, or chemical manufacturing is preferred but not mandatory.
