As a Junior Machine Operator, you will be crucial in the fabrication process of cutting-edge semiconductor devices. You will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and performing basic maintenance on specialized production equipment within our cleanroom environment. Key Responsibilities
Machine Operation: Operating and monitoring automated precision machinery (including CNC/ASM-type equipment) used in the semiconductor manufacturing process.
Quality Control: Performing routine checks and inspections of materials and finished products to ensure they meet stringent quality standards.
Computer Skills: Utilizing computer systems for machine control, data entry, record-keeping, and process documentation.
Maintenance: Performing basic cleaning, adjustments, and preventative maintenance on equipment under supervision.
Compliance: Strictly adhering to safety protocols, cleanroom standards, and operational procedures.
Teamwork: Communicating effectively with shift supervisors and other team members to ensure smooth production flow.
Shift Pattern & Working Environment
- Working Hours: Full-time, 56 hours per week.
- Shift System: You will work in an 8-hour, weekly rotating three-shift system:
1. Morning Shift
2. Afternoon Shift
3. Night Shift

Cleanroom manufacturing facility requiring adherence to strict gowning and contamination control procedures.
What We're Looking For (Required Skills)
- Education: Recently graduated from high school/college/technical school (or equivalent).
- Computer Literacy: Good knowledge and proven proficiency in using computers and standard operating systems/software (e.g., MS Office, data entry systems).
- Technical Aptitude: Basic theoretical or practical understanding of Computer Numerical Control (CNC) or Automated Semiconductor Manufacturing (ASM) machines or similar complex mechanical/electronic equipment.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent concentration and manual dexterity for precise work.
- Work Ethic: Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
