Job Summary :
Anne Agro Products Private Limited is looking for an experienced Machine Operator to join its Production/Manufacturing Department. The candidate will be responsible for operating and monitoring food-processing and packaging machinery, maintaining production efficiency, following food-safety standards, and ensuring products meet required quality specifications.
Key Responsibilities :
- Operate and monitor food-processing and packaging machinery as per production requirements.
- Set up machines and make basic adjustments to maintain smooth production.
- Monitor machine performance and identify operational issues or abnormalities.
- Ensure proper feeding of raw materials into the machinery.
- Maintain production output and minimize machine downtime.
- Conduct basic quality checks during the production process.
Required Skills
- Practical knowledge of operating industrial/food-processing machinery.
- Basic understanding of machine settings and troubleshooting.
- Good awareness of workplace safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to follow SOPs and production instructions.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team and handle shift-based operations.
- Physically fit to work in a manufacturing/production setting.
Qualification :
- ITI / Intermediate or equivalent qualification.
- Technical qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Fitter, or a related trade will be an added advantage.
Experience :
- 2 to 5 years of experience as a Machine Operator, Production Operator, or similar role.
- Experience in a food processing, FMCG, manufacturing, or packaging industry will be preferred.
