About the Opportunity

Skillzenloop is looking for freshers who are interested in learning how machine learning models are developed, trained, tested, and applied to practical problems.

This internship is suitable for candidates with a foundation in Python and an interest in predictive modeling, data preprocessing, algorithms, model evaluation, and artificial intelligence. Interns will work with datasets and machine learning assignments while developing their understanding of the complete ML workflow.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and organize datasets for machine learning tasks.
- Clean data and handle missing, duplicate, or inconsistent values.
- Perform exploratory analysis to understand datasets before modeling.
- Apply appropriate data preprocessing techniques.
- Develop basic machine learning models using Python.
- Work with supervised and unsupervised learning techniques.
- Experiment with different algorithms and compare their results.
- Use Scikit-learn or similar libraries for model development.
- Split datasets into training and testing sets.
- Evaluate models using suitable performance metrics.
- Assist with feature selection and basic feature engineering.
- Investigate model errors and unexpected results.
- Maintain records of experiments, parameters, and observations.
