- Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in machine operation, including preventive and breakdown maintenance.

- Since most of our machines are imported, the candidate should be able to communicate with foreign vendors for technical assistance over calls.

- Ability to handle and supervise a team of around 20 workers.

- Hands-on experience operating automated production, grading, sorting, or packaging equipment.

- Ability to perform machine start-up/pre-start checks, weight-category calibration, smooth feeding, and continuous monitoring of grader performance.

- Basic troubleshooting capability and ability to coordinate preventive maintenance, maintain breakdown/downtime logs, and minimize operational interruptions.





- Ability to monitor machine throughput and productivity while maintaining minimum downtime and smooth material flow from grading to packing.

- Knowledge of machine safety, emergency-stop procedures, hygiene, cleaning/sanitation, PPE, and SOP compliance in a food-handling setting.

- Ability to maintain daily/shift-wise records for grading output, quality mix, breakage percentage, machine downtime, manpower utilization, and operational deviations.
