Required Skills : M365 Tenant and Platform Administration including configuration and setup Strong exposure on M365 fundamentals including License Management, User & Mailbox, MS teams, OneDrive for Business, SharePoint Online administration, M365 productivity tools, ATP, Azure AD Strong knowledge on PowerShell scripting for Tasks automation using various PS modules · Hands-on knowledge on Azure AD, Azure AD connect for M365 modules Experience in Azure and Microsoft 365 security and identity · Experience in Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Identity Protection,



and Intune Experience in AIP & DLP administration and support Should have positive understanding on Monitoring and reporting of Service Health & Message Center

Good-to-Have

- Planning, designing and Implementing of M365 services
- Knowledge on Migration of Messaging and collaboration workload from on-prem to Online
- Knowledge on migration tools like Quest-on-Demand, Bittitan, SkySync etc.
- Smart trouble shooting skill
- Knowledge on enterprise Mobility like Endpoint Manager
- Ability to work with solution architect for technical solution
- Ability to manage multiple tenants
- Good knowledge in ITSM tools like ServiceNow
- Good communication and articulation skill.
