1. Operation of the lyophilizer as per the SOP based on production schedules
2. Maintaining of the log book for Lyophilizer monitoring along with the team in shift to verify the parameters for entire Lyo Cycle(Before the cycle start, within the cycle and end of the cycle)
3. Perform the CIP and SIP before starting the Lyophilizer cycle by coordinating with Production
4. Ensure the 100% availability of the Lyophilizer by performing regular maintenance (Preventive, predictive, and Breakdown) by coordinating with the EMD team and OEM support (Online & Onsite)as a part of AMC
5. Ensure 100% availability of spares for the Lyophilizer by coordinating with OEM engineers during their AMC visits
6. Take the reports of Lyophilizer cycle (CIP,SIP & Freeze dry)
