Position: Luxury Product Excellence Manager

Department: Product Excellence & Service Fulfilment

Location: Sultanpur, New Delhi (MG Road)

Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Company Overview

Sneakinn is a premium product-care and restoration company specialising in the cleaning, restoration, protection and aftercare of luxury footwear, handbags, sneakers, accessories and garments.

Founded in 2020, Sneakinn has built a specialised ecosystem combining skilled craftsmanship, advanced restoration techniques and a customer experience designed for people who entrust us with some of their most valuable fashion articles.

Every day, our teams work on footwear and leather goods from some of the world’s leading luxury fashion houses. From delicate leathers, suede and nubuck to intricate hardware, speciality fabrics and limited-edition sneakers, every article demands a different level of judgement, care and attention to detail.

With 8 stores across Delhi-NCR and Mumbai, a centralised technical facility in Sultanpur, New Delhi, and a rapidly growing team, Sneakinn is building a new standard for skilled luxury aftercare in India.

Sneakinn was also featured on Shark Tank India, gaining national recognition for its approach to specialised product care and restoration. Learn more at www.sneakinn.in and follow us on Instagram at @sneakinn_laundry.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Luxury Product Excellence Manager to own the final quality and presentation standard of articles serviced by Sneakinn. This is not a conventional manufacturing quality-control role. We are looking for someone who understands how a luxury product is supposed to look, feel, finish and present itself — someone who has developed an eye for detail through meaningful exposure to premium or luxury footwear, handbags and leather goods.

The ideal candidate could come from a luxury fashion retail, with after sales product-care client handling experience, and should be comfortable handling and evaluating high-value products.

You will act as the final checkpoint before a serviced article is cleared for the customer. Your responsibility will be to examine each article through the lens of a discerning luxury customer: identifying imperfections, inconsistencies or unfinished work that may otherwise go unnoticed and ensuring that every product leaving our facility represents the standards Sneakinn wants to be known for. The role requires a unique combination of product knowledge, aesthetic judgement, attention to detail and customer sensitivity.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct detailed final inspections of ready footwear,

handbags and other luxury articles before they are approved for customer delivery.
- Evaluate articles for overall cleanliness, finishing, colour consistency, texture, shape, symmetry, stitching, edge finishing, hardware, soles, interiors and overall presentation.
- Assess specialist materials including leather, suede, nubuck, canvas, mesh, coated fabrics and other premium finishes with sensitivity to their original character.
- Review restoration work including colour restoration, leather conditioning, edge colour, sole work, hardware work, repairs and other specialised services.
- Compare the finished article against its original condition, approved scope of work and expected service outcome.
- Make the final decision to Approve, Hold or Send for Rework wherever the finished result does not meet Sneakinn's standards.
- Work closely with the technical and production teams to clearly communicate deficiencies and the improvements required before an article is released.
- Develop a strong understanding of the design language, materials, construction and finishing standards commonly seen across leading luxury fashion houses.
- Pay particular attention to high-value, limited-edition, delicate or technically complex articles requiring elevated inspection standards.
- Review before-and-after photographs and service notes wherever required to ensure that the work performed is consistent with what was committed to the customer.
- Identify recurring quality issues and work with production leadership to reduce rework and improve first-time-right performance.
- Help create and continuously improve Product Excellence Checklists and inspection standards across different product categories and materials.
- Share observations and product knowledge with technicians and other team members to progressively raise workmanship and finishing standards.
- Support the Customer Experience and Operations teams in assessing complex product-related cases or service concerns when expert product judgement is required.
- Remain updated on luxury footwear and handbag materials, finishes, construction techniques, product trends and aftercare expectations.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We would particularly like to meet candidates who have worked with luxury fashion houses, premium fashion retailers,

luxury multi-brand stores or high-end footwear and leather- goods businesses.

Relevant backgrounds may include

- Luxury Fashion Retail
- Client Advisory / Client Relations
- Luxury Product Specialist
- Leather Goods or Footwear Specialist
- After-Sales / Repairs / Product Care• Customer Experience within Luxury Retail
- Boutique Operations involving footwear, handbags or accessories

Experience with brands in the luxury fashion ecosystem — particularly businesses dealing extensively with footwear, handbags and leather goods — would be highly valued.

Qualifications & Experience

- Preferably 3+ years of experience within luxury fashion, premium retail, footwear, handbags, leather goods, after-sales or a closely related environment.
- Strong familiarity with luxury footwear and/or handbags and the ability to recognise differences in materials, construction, finishing and product condition.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to identify subtle imperfections in premium products.
- Strong visual judgement and an appreciation for finishing, aesthetics and presentation.
- Comfortable handling expensive and delicate customer-owned articles with a high degree of responsibility.
- Ability to distinguish between an acceptable material characteristic and an actual service or workmanship defect.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate quality concerns constructively with technicians and production teams.
- Organised, observant and process-oriented, while retaining a strong appreciation for craftsmanship.
- A customer-first mindset and the ability to view every finished product from the perspective of a discerning luxury customer.
- Prior footwear manufacturing experience is not mandatory. Luxury product exposure, judgement and attention to detail are more important for this role.

What Makes This Role Different

At Sneakinn, you will not simply be checking products against a manufacturing specification.

You will become one of the people responsible for defining what “excellent” looks like when a luxury article has been entrusted to us for care or restoration. You will work closely with highly specialised technicians, encounter a remarkably diverse range of premium footwear and handbags, and develop deep expertise at the intersection of luxury fashion, craftsmanship and product aftercare.

For someone coming from luxury retail who has always had a genuine eye for the product itself, this is an opportunity to take that knowledge beyond the boutique floor and become a central part of the product experience.
