Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day inventory, product intake, and dispatches.
- Coordinate logistics and ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Catalogue products and create accurate product listings.
- Photograph products for website and social media use.
- Conduct quality checks and assist with authentication processes.
- Track inventory and maintain operational records.
- Support customer queries related to products and orders.
- Work closely with the marketing team on product shoots and content.
Who We're Looking For
- Graduate with 0–3 years of experience.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling physical inventory.
- Basic photography skills and a good eye for aesthetics.
- Interest in fashion, luxury brands, and e-commerce.
- Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets.
- Eager to learn and thrive in a fast-paced startup workplace.
