Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Head to lead and manage the organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security of systems. The role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and overseeing infrastructure operations across data centers, cloud environments, and networks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field
- 10–15 years of experience in IT infrastructure management
- Strong expertise in:
- Servers (Windows/Linux)
- Networking (LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPN)
- Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Experience in handling large-scale infrastructure environments
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and frameworks
- Solid leadership and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills:
- Certifications (AWS, Azure, CCNA, ITIL, etc.)
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Exposure to cybersecurity frameworks .

Key Responsibilities:
- Infrastructure Strategy & Planning
- Define and implement IT infrastructure strategy aligned with business goals
- Plan capacity,



scalability, and future infrastructure needs
- Drive cloud adoption and modernization initiatives
- Operations & Management
- Oversee daily operations of servers, networks, storage, and data centers
- Ensure high system uptime, performance, and reliability
- Manage disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity planning (BCP)
- Cloud & Data Center Management
- Manage cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Oversee on-premises and hybrid infrastructure environments
- Optimize infrastructure costs and performance
- Security & Compliance
- Ensure infrastructure security best practices
- Implement policies for data protection and compliance (ISO, SOC, etc.)
- Work closely with InfoSec teams
- Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor infrastructure and support teams
- Define KPIs and performance metrics
- Drive skill development and training initiatives
- Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Manage vendors, contracts, and SLAs
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders for infrastructure needs
- Automation & Innovation
- Drive automation using tools (Ansible, Terraform, etc.)
- Promote DevOps practices and CI/CD integration
