Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and maintain SOC (Security Operations Center) processes to ensure effective incident response and threat detection.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, investigate, and remediate security incidents in a timely manner.

- Develop and maintain SIEM (Security Information Event Management) rules to monitor network traffic and detect potential threats.

- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify areas for improvement.

Job Requirements :

- 4-8 years of experience as a Security Engineer or related field.

- Robust understanding of SOAR (Security Orchestration Automation Response) tools such as Splunk or similar technologies.

- Experience with incident response planning, execution, and reporting; knowledge of industry standards like NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF).

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field;

certifications like CISSP or GIAC are desirable.
