We're currently looking for a UKG Pro/ UltiPro/Pro HCM Consultant.

Role Overview The UKG Pro (UltiPro/Pro HCM) Consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting UKG Pro HCM solutions for clients. This role involves gathering business requirements, designing system configurations, and ensuring smooth deployment of HR, payroll, and talent management modules.

? Key Responsibilities

- System Implementation: Lead end-to-end implementation of UKG Pro HCM modules including HR, Payroll, Perks, and Talent Management.
- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with HR and payroll stakeholders to capture business needs and translate them into system configurations.
- Configuration & Testing: Configure UKG Pro modules, perform unit/system testing, and support user acceptance testing.
- Data Migration: Assist in data conversion, validation, and migration from legacy systems.
- Training & Support: Deliver end-user training, create documentation, and provide ongoing post-go-live support.
- Process Optimization: Recommend process improvements and system enhancements to maximize ROI.

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications

- UKG Pro Expertise: Hands-on experience with UKG Pro/UltiPro HCM modules.
- HR & Payroll Knowledge:



Strong understanding of HR processes, payroll compliance, and benefits administration.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, reporting tools, and data integration.
- Communication: Excellent client-facing communication and documentation skills.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.

? Education & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in HCM consulting, preferably with UKG Pro/UltiPro.
- Prior experience in system implementation or HR technology consulting is highly desirable.
