We are looking for an experienced Senior SEO Expert to lead and execute SEO strategies for Bestkaam and improve organic visibility, traffic, keyword rankings, and user acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies
- Perform advanced keyword research and competitor analysis
- Manage On-Page, Off-Page and Technical SEO
- Build high-quality, relevant backlinks and digital PR opportunities
- Optimize job, category, location and career-related pages
- Improve website crawlability, indexing and internal linking
- Monitor Google Search Console, Google Analytics and SEO tools
- Analyze organic traffic, rankings, CTR and conversions
- Identify and resolve technical SEO issues
- Prepare weekly/monthly SEO performance reports
- Work closely with Content, Development and Marketing teams
- Develop SEO strategies for large-scale job portal pages and programmatic SEO
Required Skills
✔ 4 years of hands-on SEO experience
✔ Strong knowledge of Google Search and SEO best practices
✔ Technical SEO & website auditing
✔ Keyword research & competitor analysis
✔ Link building & outreach
✔ Google Search Console & Google Analytics
✔ SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
✔ Experience with large websites/job portals is an advantage
✔ Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
