Summary

We are seeking an experienced Elevator Supervisor to lead operations at our Bangalore facility. In this full-time capacity, the successful candidate will oversee the maintenance, safety, and performance of elevator systems, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards. This role is critical for maintaining seamless vertical transportation within the building, directly impacting operational efficiency and occupant safety.

The position requires a seasoned skilled with a robust background in elevator mechanics and team leadership.

Responsibilities

Direct daily maintenance activities and troubleshooting for elevator systems to ensure optimal functionality.

Supervise technical teams, assigning tasks and monitoring performance to meet service level agreements.

Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure adherence to local and national safety codes.

Manage emergency response protocols,



coordinating rapid repairs and communication during system failures.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance logs, repair histories, and compliance documentation.

Collaborate with facility management to plan preventive maintenance schedules and budget for equipment upgrades.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in elevator supervision or advanced mechanical maintenance.

Proven track record of managing elevator systems in a commercial or high-rise environment.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and guide technical staff effectively.

In-depth knowledge of elevator safety regulations and industry best practices.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to maintaining the highest safety standards.

Valid certifications relevant to elevator mechanics and supervision are required
