Supply Chain Fulfilment Consultant/Senior Consultant (B2/C1)

We are seeking a talented (Senior) Consultant to join our Intelligent Supply Chain Operations Fulfilment capability. This role is crucial for the development and delivery of our Projects & Consulting unit, aimed at achieving tangible business outcomes for both existing and new clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Participate in the development and delivery of supply chain projects for various global clients.
- Collaborate with Transformation (Senior) Managers to craft and deliver end-to-end fulfilment business solutions.
- Focus on order management and logistics fields and related systems within the supply chain.
- Engage with new technologies and platforms to enhance fulfilment operations.
- Accountable for own project deliverables that could be related to documentation of identified process challenges, potential improvements and benefits, report out, or business cases
- Participate in the projects for external clients as well as for internal Capgemini Business Services engagements
- Apply in practice different process improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma / DGEM Benchmarking) within the area of expertise for the continuous improvement and transformation purposes
- Analyze data and information received from client in order to reach conclusions and develop the improvement recommendations
- Utilize process and technology expertise to provide improvement recommendations and propose the solutions to steer clients in their transformation journey. Interact with the corresponding client Subject Matter Experts and collaborate with client in order to complete the assigned deliverables
- Create and conduct convincing presentations and put own ideas forward to client
- Support facilitation of client meetings within own business area, driving towards consensus and agreement of all stakeholders




- Interact with client Stakeholders and build long lasting relationship that will result in successful sale of future opportunities
- Demonstrate an extended ability to think outside of the box and challenge convention.
- Learn the consulting techniques related to problem solving, design thinking, selling, and delivery of convincing presentation of your ideas
- Keep abreast of technology developments, their strengths and weaknesses and suggest technology related improvements within the given area of expertise
- Build knowledge and understanding of our market leading assets and methods (e.g. Digital Global Enterprise Model (DGEM), ESOAR transformation method, intelligent automation, etc.)

Requirements:

- 2-5 years of experience in the fulfilment area of supply chain, with a strong educational background in supply chain management.
- Several years of experience in fulfilment platforms implementations and a solid understanding of IT project management methodologies (e.g., Agile).
- Experience in target operating model design, process design (process flows, narratives, operating procedures, control frameworks) and documentation preparation
- Good knowledge and working experience with SAP supply chain modules (SD, MM, TM, WM) is desirable.
- English at CEFR Grade C1 (Advanced) or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact at various levels of clients organizations.
- Experience in client facing activities (i.e. workshops, presentations, training)
- Experience in project type of work, with frequent client interactions.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure from the business and technology community
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Very positive command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Demonstrate proactiveness and self-reliant approach to work with a limited supervision
- Experience working in a global and complex business environment; BPO/SSC experience is a plus.
- Experience in the consulting industry is a plus.
