- Vacancies: 10+ Positions

Salary / CTC: 1–2 years’ experience: 24,000 CTC
- More than 2 years’ experience: 26,000 CTC
- PF & ESI benefits included

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise daily workforce activities
- Allocate manpower effectively according to operational requirements
- Monitor productivity and maintain work quality
- Handle attendance and basic documentation




- Coordinate with management regarding operational requirements
- Maintain workplace discipline and safety
- Supervise warehouse and logistics operations

Requirements
- 1–2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Positive communication and leadership skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and record keeping
- Ability to manage a team and work under pressure
- Knowledge of GRN, SAP MM / WM preferred
- Graduate in any discipline
