Role Description The Logistics Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City, responsible for overseeing daily logistics and supply chain operations. This role includes managing inventory levels, coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and materials.

The Logistics

Manager will work closely with procurement, warehousing, and customer service teams to streamline processes, control costs, and maintain accurate records. Typical tasks involve monitoring logistics performance, resolving delivery issues, optimizing routes, and ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. The role also requires preparing regular reports,



using logistics and inventory management systems, and continuously improving workflows to support business objectives.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management, with the ability to plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end operations.
- Practical experience in Inventory Management and Procurement, including maintaining stock accuracy and coordinating with suppliers.
- Proficiency in Customer Service within a logistics context, ensuring timely communication, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to use logistics, inventory, and ERP software tools, with solid skills in data analysis and reporting using spreadsheets or similar applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications are an advantage.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and a focus on process improvement.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
