Job Title: Logistics Supervisor

Industry: Automobile Dealership

Job Responsibilities

- Coordinate and supervise the movement of vehicles, spare parts, and other dealership materials.

- Plan and monitor vehicle transportation and delivery schedules.

- Coordinate with drivers, transporters, branches, and internal departments.

- Ensure timely delivery and proper documentation of vehicles and materials.

- Maintain records of vehicle movements, deliveries, and logistics activities.

- Monitor vehicle loading, unloading, and safe handling.

- Track transportation status and resolve delivery-related issues.

- Coordinate with Sales, Service, Parts, and Accounts teams for smooth logistics operations.

- Ensure proper documentation such as delivery notes, gate passes, transport documents, etc.

- Monitor logistics expenses and support cost-effective transportation.





- Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards.

Requirements

- Graduate/Diploma in Logistics, Automobile, or related field.

- 2–5 years of experience in logistics/transportation operations, preferably in the automobile industry.

- Valuable coordination and communication skills.

- Basic knowledge of vehicle documentation and transportation processes.

- Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel.

- Ability to manage multiple activities and work under deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
