Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Planning Executive to support inventory management, demand planning, and customer coordination activities. The ideal candidate should possess robust communication skills, analytical abilities, and a keen interest in supply chain digitalization.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor daily inventory levels and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Coordinate with customers on daily demand requirements and planning activities.
- Work closely with warehouse teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods.
- Communicate with overseas suppliers to discuss shipment schedules and ensure timely pickups.
- Track supply chain operations and proactively address delays or issues.
- Support inventory management and logistics planning processes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and digitalization projects within the supply chain function.
- Prepare and maintain reports using MS Excel.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Any Discipline).
- Robust knowledge of Inventory Management and Supply Chain Management concepts.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Positive verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong learning attitude and willingness to adapt to digital tools and processes.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience: Fresher or 1-2 years of relevant experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, or Planning.
- Knowledge of SAP is an added advantage but not mandatory.
