Swish is building a new-age food delivery experience focused on getting fresh, high-quality meals to customers quickly. Our kitchens, warehouses and supply chain work together to ensure the right products reach the right location at the right time.

We are looking for a Logistics Manager to build and run the logistics network supporting this growing operation.

What you'll own

You will own central logistics planning and execution across cities — from route planning and fleet utilization to 3PL management, dispatch tracking and logistics costs.

This is a centralized role working closely with warehouse, kitchen, procurement and city operations teams.

What you'll work on

- Plan daily movement of products from warehouses / central kitchens to PODs and other locations.
- Build and optimize routes based on distance, delivery windows, vehicle capacity and number of stops.
- Plan vehicle requirements based on daily and future volumes.
- Own daily vehicle allocation, route sequencing and dispatch tracking.
- Monitor deliveries and proactively manage delays and exceptions.
- Manage 3PL and transport partners, including SLAs, rates and performance.
- Negotiate rates and continuously improve transportation costs.
- Track cost per km, cost per trip, cost per delivery and vehicle utilization.
- Work with warehouse and production teams to align dispatches with production readiness.
- Build processes for POD, route adherence and delivery reconciliation.
- Ensure vehicles,



drivers and transport partners meet required compliance standards.
- Support logistics planning for current kitchens, warehouses and cities.
- Identify opportunities to improve fleet utilization, route efficiency and network design.
- Build and maintain logistics dashboards and regularly report performance to supply-chain leadership.
- Own escalations related to missed deliveries, vehicle breakdowns, route disruptions and vendor issues.

What we're looking for

- 6–10 years of experience in logistics, transportation or distribution.
- Experience in QSR, FMCG, retail, e-commerce, last-mile or food delivery is preferred.
- Experience managing 3PL / transport vendors.
- Strong understanding of route planning, fleet management and transportation economics.
- Comfortable working with large operational datasets and building cost models.
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.
- Experience with route-planning or dispatch-management tools.
- Strong stakeholder and vendor-management skills.
- Willingness to spend time on the ground when required.
