Key Responsibilities

· Manage day-to-day warehouse, inventory, dispatch, and logistics operations.

· Plan and coordinate dispatches, transportation, shipment tracking, and timely deliveries.

· Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inward/outward and inventory records.

· Prepare and verify E-Way Bills, invoices, delivery challans, and other logistics documents.

· Coordinate with transporters, vendors, customers, and internal teams for smooth deliveries.

· Maintain logistics and inventory transactions in Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory.

· Prepare dispatch, inventory, and logistics reports using MS Excel.

· Ensure proper packing, storage, handling, and movement of products within the warehouse.

· Resolve delivery and dispatch issues and monitor logistics costs.

· Supervise warehouse/logistics staff and ensure adherence to operational procedures.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
