Job Overview

Flybunch Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee end-to-end logistics, import/export, transportation, warehouse, and supply chain operations.

The candidate will be responsible for managing logistics operations, leading the logistics and warehouse team, coordinating with transporters and freight forwarders, managing import/export documentation, controlling logistics costs, and ensuring timely movement and delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

Logistics & Transportation

- Manage end-to-end domestic and international logistics operations.
- Plan and coordinate shipments from pickup to final delivery.
- Manage FTL and LTL transportation requirements.
- Coordinate with transporters, freight forwarders, shipping lines, airlines, and courier partners.
- Monitor shipment status, delivery timelines, freight costs, and service quality.
- Handle escalations related to delays, damages, shortages, and delivery issues.
- Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of customer orders.
- Negotiate freight rates and transportation terms with vendors.

Import & Export Operations

- Oversee day-to-day Import & Export logistics operations.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA/customs agents, shipping lines, and other logistics partners.
- Review and ensure accuracy of import/export documentation.
- Handle documentation including Proforma Invoice (PI), Commercial Invoice, Packing List, AWB, Bill of Lading, Shipping Bill, E-way Bill, and other applicable documents.
- Monitor customs clearance and shipment movement.
- Ensure proper coordination for import/export shipments and timely documentation.

Warehouse Management

- Oversee warehouse operations including receiving, inward,



storage, picking, packing, loading, dispatch, and outward.
- Manage and supervise warehouse personnel.
- Ensure proper inventory movement and stock accuracy.
- Conduct regular stock verification and reconciliation.
- Monitor handling and storage of IT hardware and other products.
- Minimize stock discrepancies, damages, and operational losses.
- Ensure proper utilization and organization of warehouse space.

Team & Vendor Management

- Lead and manage the logistics and warehouse team.
- Allocate responsibilities and monitor team performance.
- Train and guide team members on logistics and warehouse processes.
- Manage relationships with transporters, freight forwarders, warehouse vendors, and other service providers.
- Evaluate vendor performance and ensure timely service.
- Coordinate closely with Sales, Procurement, Accounts, Warehouse, and Operations teams.

Cost & Performance Management

- Monitor and control logistics and transportation costs.
- Identify opportunities for freight and operational cost optimization.
- Review vendor quotations and negotiate commercial terms.
- Monitor logistics expenses and vendor bills.
- Prepare regular logistics and operational performance reports for management.
- Track and improve on-time delivery, shipment accuracy, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

- 6–8 years of relevant experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Import/Export, Warehouse Management, or International Trade.
- Strong hands-on experience in Import & Export logistics operations.
- Experience managing both domestic and international shipments.
- Strong knowledge of FTL, LTL, freight forwarding,



transportation, and warehouse operations.
- Practical knowledge of PI, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, AWB, Bill of Lading, Shipping Bill, E-way Bill, and related documentation.
- Experience coordinating with freight forwarders, transporters, CHA/customs agents, shipping lines, and logistics vendors.
- Proven experience in team handling and vendor management.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, ERP/CRM, or logistics management systems.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Experience in IT Hardware, Electronics, Trading, Import/Export, or Global Supply Chain will be an advantage.

Education

Any Graduate / Postgraduate

Candidates with qualifications in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or related fields will be preferred.

Work Environment

This is an office-based managerial role requiring regular coordination with warehouse teams, transporters, freight forwarders, customs agents, suppliers, customers, and internal departments.

The candidate should be capable of taking ownership of end-to-end logistics operations, managing teams and vendors, handling operational escalations, and ensuring smooth and timely movement of goods.

Key Note

Candidates with strong experience in International Logistics, Import/Export, Warehouse Management, Supply Chain, or IT Hardware/Trading operations will be preferred.

The role requires strong team management, vendor management, documentation, negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
