Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and multitasking skilled to manage after-sales service, e-commerce returns and claims, logistics coordination, spare-parts inventory and customer communication.

The candidate should have strong follow-up and communication skills, along with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and complete assigned tasks within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete inward and outward movement of products and spare parts.

Maintain accurate records of materials received, dispatched, pending and returned.

Coordinate daily dispatches with transporters, courier partners, warehouses and internal teams.

Maintain daily records of vehicles dispatched, in transit, delivered and delayed.

Track all vehicles and shipments until successful and timely delivery.

Follow up on delayed, undelivered, RTO and damaged shipments and ensure timely resolution.

Handle returns received from Amazon, Flipkart and other e-commerce platforms.

Inspect and classify returned products as working, damaged, defective, wrong product or packaging-damaged.

Prepare and follow up on e-commerce return, damage, shortage and logistics claims.

Maintain inventory of service spare parts,



replacement units and returned products.

Issue spare parts against service complaints and maintain proper records.

Coordinate with customers, service centres, technicians, logistics partners and internal teams.

Handle customer calls, emails and chats professionally.

Track dispatched spare parts and replacement units until successful delivery.

Monitor pending service cases, returns, deliveries and claims to ensure timely closure.

Prepare daily and weekly MIS reports for inventory, logistics, returns, claims and service cases.

Identify inventory mismatches and immediately report any shortage, damage or discrepancy.

Manage multiple tasks and complete them within assigned timelines.

- Support other after-sales, logistics and operational activities whenever required.
