We have a requirement for Logistics Executive (Order Management – Engineering Product Industry) position with an Advanced Control Technologies a premier high-tech Solutions Company in Gas Management, Shock & Vibration, Static & Dust Control, Lubrication and Air Moving Technology

:

To coordinate and execute all activities from the time an order is received until payment is collected from the customer.

This role is critical in ensuring fast, accurate, error-free order fulfillment, with a solid focus on on-time delivery and complete customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure accurate and timely order entry in company systems.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Sales, Proposal teams, and customers to ensure seamless order processing and fulfillment.
- Review and study customer Purchase Orders (POs), prepare Order
- Acknowledgements (OAs), and identify issues before materials are received to ensure smooth invoicing.
- Conduct daily work planning, prioritize tasks, manage escalations, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Maintain regular communication with customers and internal teams regarding order status, dispatch updates, and payment follow-ups.
- Create Internal Work Orders after receiving customer POs.
- Register POs with principals and coordinate with them for order confirmation and dispatch schedules.




- Coordinate with internal teams and customers for dispatch planning and payment collection.
- Ensure all documentation and coordination required for accurate invoicing and collections is completed.

Requirements:

- 2–4 years of experience in a similar logistics / order fulfilment role
- Must have experience in an engineering products company
- Proficient in Tally and MS Excel

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics processes
