Job Overview
We are looking for a smart and organized Logistics Executive to manage dispatch, stock handling, delivery coordination, and daily logistics operations. The candidate should have good knowledge of Microsoft tools and Zoho platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Manage dispatch and delivery execution smoothly
Prepare and maintain E-Way Bills and logistics documents
Handle stock management and inventory updates
Coordinate with transporters, vendors, and internal teams
Track orders and ensure timely deliveries
Maintain records using Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory
Prepare reports in MS Excel and other Microsoft tools
Resolve delivery and dispatch-related issues efficiently
Skills Required
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and other Microsoft tools
Experience in Zoho Books & Zoho Inventory preferred
Knowledge of E-Way Bill generation
Strong coordination and communication skills
Basic understanding of stock and dispatch management
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
