1. Supply Chain Coordination

o Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among suppliers, transporters, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations. o Continuously monitor and optimize supply chain processes to enhance overall efficiency and responsiveness.
1. Inventory Management

o Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet demand while minimizing excess stock.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.

1. Transportation Management

o Oversee the selection, evaluation, and management of transportation providers to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery.
- Analyse transportation costs and implement strategies for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.

1. Warehouse Operations

o Ensure the implementation of efficient warehouse layouts and operational practices to enhance productivity.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in order fulfilment and inventory storage management.

1. Compliance and Safety

o Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements related to logistics, transportation, and safety protocols. Promote a culture of safety within logistics operations to mitigate risks and enhance workplace safety.
1. Performance Metrics

o Develop, monitor, and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to logistics performance, including on-time delivery rates and order accuracy.
- Utilize performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement in logistics operations.

1. Cost Management

o Monitor and control logistics-related expenses, ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints.
- Identify and implement initiatives aimed at reducing costs within logistics operations.

1. Customer Service Excellence





o Align logistics processes with customer expectations to ensure high levels of service and satisfaction.
- Proactively address and resolve logistics-related customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner.
- Following up with customers to make sure that orders are delivered on time and within specifications.

1. Collaboration and Communication

o Foster effective cross-departmental communication and collaboration with sales, procurement, and other relevant teams to enhance logistics performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders.

1. Continuous Improvement

o Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices within logistics operations.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to enhance logistics efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–5 years of hands-on logistics or dispatch experience, preferably within the manufacturing, plastics, packaging, or heavy goods sector.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Familiarity with transport management systems (TMS) and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of safe polymer handling, volumetric weight calculations for bulky plastic goods, and interstate/export logistics documentation.
- Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, problem-solving under pressure, multi-tasking, and cross-functional communication skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹41,178.46 per month
