- Manage end-to-end logistics activities covering vehicle placement, dock allocation, yard movement and FG dispatch.
- Plan and monitor daily dispatches in alignment with production and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with transporters and Central Logistics for timely vehicle placement and routing.
- Manage dock allocation and ensure smooth vehicle movement with minimum waiting and congestion.
- Monitor vehicle reporting, loading, gate-out and overall dispatch TAT.




- Track yard occupancy and coordinate internal movement of trucks, forklifts and other MHE.
- Monitor transporter performance, delivery adherence, transit delays and POD closure.
- Ensure accurate dispatch documentation including invoices, LR, e-Way Bills, packing lists and gate passes.
- Maintain logistics MIS, TAT dashboards, dispatch reports and related SAP/WMS/TMS updates.
- Ensure compliance with vehicle safety, loading, EHS and applicable transport regulations.

Ideal Candidate

- 4–6 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing setup
- Hands-on experience in warehouse / logistics / dispatch operations
- Experience with FG dispatch, vehicle placement, dock or yard management
- Exposure to SAP MM/WM/EWM/TM/SD or relevant logistics systems
- Strong Excel and MIS reporting skills
- Good coordination with Warehouse, Production, Security, Transporters and Logistics teams
- Strong problem-solving, follow-up and communication skills
